The Rosemont

OK, so they have already built one model that will be similar to ours. The finished product will look similar to this.

Its their Rosemont model. 3,832 sq feet. 4 bed/3.5 baths. 3 car garage. Recreation and Play rooms upstairs. Master Suite on Ground floor (bit weird for us but think it will work well as the kids get older). Screened porch with gas/wood buying fire place.

    That is one fine looking house. I just hope you like painting and moving furniture about. There is a weird symmetry going on here. Rosemount, Burntollet to Rosemont, NC!!
